The use of masks is mandatory at all times, at the entrance, exit and during the show.

At the entrance it will be mandatory to wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel that will be made available to the public.

Respect the safety distance and follow the instructions of the staff to enter and exit the building.

Attend the event well in advance to avoid congestion.

The box office opens on concert days, in the afternoon.

*On December 24 and 31 in the afternoon closed.

 

General rules

The programs are susceptible of modification. KursaalEszena declines any responsibility in the case of modification of the programs, interpreters or dates of the concerts. The suspension of a concert, but not its postponement, will be the only cause for refunding the amount of the tickets.

Out of respect for the public and the artists, the entrance to the room will not be allowed once the shows has begun. Those who arrive late must wait to enter the room until the organization indicates, whenever the show allows it.

 

Young Hour

Tickets for all concerts and shows organized by KursaalEszena (except for Family Music) will be on sale for people younger than 30 years, 30 minutes before the start of each show at the Kursaalbox offices.

*Unemployed people will be entitled to this promotion.

Limited tickets. Option conditioned to the availability of tickets at the box office and prior accreditation of the age.

People with reduced mobility

There is a limited number of tickets for people with reduced mobility, both in the Auditorium (row 17) and Chamber Room (row 1) that will reserved until the rest of the seating capacity has been sold. These localities can only be acquired at the box office, upon presentation of the certificate of disability and photocopy of the DNI in the offices of KursaalEszena. On the eve of the concert these special tickets will be on sale for the general public.

Kursaal Eskura

Kursaal Eskura is the name of a project resulting from the collaboration of Kursaal Eszena and several town councils of Gipuzkoa in order to facilitate access to concerts and shows organized by Kursaal Eszena.This initiative makes available to the interested parties a free bus service leaving from several municipalities and once the concert / show of the Kursaal has ended, it returns to the municipalities of origin.Interested town councils should contact the offices of Kursaal Eszena: 943 00 31 80 / kursaaleszena@kursaal.eus

Season tickets for Companies

The Season Ticket for Companies is a special season ticket designed for companies to enjoy the season of concerts in a very exclusive way. We want to offer them a special treatment in our musical events, making them a meeting point with their customers.
