Muka Restaurant
MUKA, in Basque from Iparralde “ashes of fire” is a restaurant that invites you to explore fire in all its forms: embers, flames, embers, smoke, ashes….
An experience that makes it possible to experience fire through all the senses, from the gastronomic proposal, to the space itself, which has a grill area, where most of the dishes on the menu are prepared. The dishes, designed for sharing, can also be enjoyed outside, on a spectacular terrace overlooking the mouth of the Urumea River.
The space has an upper floor reserved exclusively for events with an intimate terrace overlooking the Hotel María Cristina and the Victoria Eugenia Theatre.
MUKA has been conceptualised by Andoni Luis Aduriz together with a multidisciplinary team made up of people from different establishments in the IXO group.
