Security measures against covid-19

The use of masks is mandatory at all times, at the entrance, exit and during the show.

At the entrance it will be mandatory to wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel that will be made available to the public.

Respect the safety distance and follow the instructions of the staff to enter and exit the building.

Attend the event well in advance to avoid congestion.

Organised by Sagardoaren Lurraldea, the V SAGARDO FORUM will be held from 30 November to 3 December 2023, a meeting dedicated to apples, apple derivatives and cider culture and tourism.

The IV International Cider Competition will be held on 1 December (Friday) at the Kursaal Conference Centre (Donostia-San Sebastián), a competition in which expert tasters from all over the world (sommeliers, oenologists, chefs, etc.) will taste the different types of cider classified into nine categories.

And finally, as part of the Sagardo Forum, the 3rd International Cider Fair will be held on 2 December (Saturday) at the Kursaal Conference Centre (Donostia-San Sebastián), where all kinds of local, national and international ciders can be tasted.

Once again this year, the Sagardo Forum will be the meeting point for cider on an international level.
