Almost half a century has passed since the release of her first album Horses, which in 2010 was included in the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress. The discography of the so-called “godmother of punk” has garnered public acclaim and nominations for Grammy and Golden Globe awards. The writer, visual artist and activist for human rights and environmental preservation will be accompanied by the band formed by bassist and keyboardist Tony Shanahan, drummer Seb Rochford and her son, guitarist Jackson Smith.
