The NDR, in residence at the city landmark, brand new Hamburg Concert Hall, is one out of the main orchestras in Germany. They come back after two years, when they participated in the Music Fortnight of San Sebastian, this time with the charismatic Greek violinist Leonidas Kavakos as a solo player.
