San Sebastian Gastronomika Euskadi Basque Country closed its 24th edition with a vindication of the gastronomy of generosity as opposed to that of competition.
An edition that, with the slogan 'United Kulinary', aimed to confront the symbol of rupture that was Brexit by defending the culinary anti-Brexit with a gastronomy without borders. And the doyen of gastronomy congresses once again demonstrated this by bringing together for three days more than 70 chefs (32 of them starred) and catering professionals in 40 presentations - in which the live tasting format has returned - and 30 parallel activities, closing this edition with a large public attendance (12,131 accredited people, 1,318 congress participants of 32 nationalities, more than 10,000 tastings, 152 exhibitors and 371 accredited journalists).
